The idea for these comforting companions came from Marina Khidekel, a health and wellness journalist who deeply understands the importance of mental health. Struggling with nighttime anxiety, Marina found traditional weighted blankets too hot and uncomfortable. She wanted something that could offer the soothing benefits of deep-pressure therapy without the bulk, and that’s how these unique weighted stuffed animals were born.


Marina used her expertise to bring together the best minds in psychology, occupational therapy, and design to create a collection of beautifully designed, high-quality weighted companions that can ease anxiety and bring comfort to people of all ages.
