Use of Website
All content on this website (images, logos, text, graphics and design) is the property of Kido Bébé and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. Kido Bébé reserves the right to correct any errors and to update information without prior notice.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to approval and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Limitation of Liability
Kido Bébé is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies on orders of $149.99 or more before taxes. Some exclusions apply.
It does not apply to furniture shipped outside of Montreal, clearance items, or certain furniture categories including baby furniture (cribs, bassinets, dressers, changing tables, nightstands, conversion kits, gliders, ottomans), kids furniture (toddler beds, single and double beds, bunk beds, loft beds, dressers, cabinets, tables and chairs), and all types of mattresses (crib, 39-inch, 54-inch, and others).
Qualifying orders ship via our standard shipping methods. Free shipping does not apply to returned merchandise and is not valid on previous purchases.
Kido Bébé reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of a discount, and may cancel or refuse to ship an order at any time.
Shipping charges are based on our shipping partners’ rates and delivery locations. Additional charges may apply if not calculated at checkout. Oversized items, rural areas, and northern regions are calculated manually on a case-by-case basis.
Furniture
All the furniture deliveries inside the Greater Montreal Area will be done byour delivery team at Kido. This service is provided free of charge for all furniture orders. Any deliveries outside of the Greater Montreal Area will incur a delivery fee of based on the charges on the location that we will be delivering to. We do not offer any deliveries to PO box addresses
Damaged Products
It is our clients responsibility to inspect all products for any damages or manufacturing defect upon receipt of their order.
If you are receiving furniture from Kido and you noticed an item is damaged, please make sure to mark that on the delivery slip and invoice

In Store Pick Up
You can place an order online and request to have the item picked up on store. During check out, please chose the pick-up in store option and mention in the notes the store that you would like to pick the item from.

Out of Area Delivery
An "Out of Area" delivery is a delivery destination considered to be near or exceed the boundaries of our serviceable area and are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy.
Kido Bébé offers delivery to most provinces within the continental Canada. However, certain areas within Canada such as Yukon, Northwest, Territories, Nunavut and the following postal codes may not be serviceable by our delivery service. If you reside within a non-serviceable area, you will be informed that the order will not be fulfilled. You will not be billed for the order.
Promotional Informations
From time to time, Kido Bébé offers special promotions, discounts and limited-time offers.
Promotion Validity
Promotions are valid for a limited time only, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
Exclusions
Certain brands or products may be excluded from promotions due to supplier restrictions.
Online & In-Store
Some promotions may be valid online only or in-store only. Please verify the details of each offer.

Instore Sale Exclusions
Subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about upcoming in-store events and promotions. In-store promotions are valid in-store only and subject to specific terms and conditions. Certain exclusions apply and some brands may be excluded. In-store promotions are offered for a limited time only, during the dates indicated on in-store signage and promotional materials, and may occur at various times throughout the year. In-store promotions cannot be combined with any other offer or event. One promotion per customer.
In-store event
Kido Bébé may host exclusive in-store events, including special promotions, product launches, or limited-time offers available only at our physical location. Event details, dates, and applicable discounts will be announced in advance and are valid only during the specified event period.
Price Match
Price Match Guarantee
At Kido Bébé, we are committed to offering competitive pricing. We will match a lower advertised price provided that the item is identical (same brand, model, and condition), the competitor is an authorized Canadian retailer, the product is in stock at both stores at the time of the request, and valid proof of the lower price is presented.
Our price match policy does not apply to clearance or liquidation sales, limited-time flash sales, marketplace sellers or pricing errors. All price match requests must be made prior to completing the purchase.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Period
Please keep in mind that certain items are final sale and cannot be returned for safety and hygienic purposes, including car seats and car seat bases, mattresses, breast pumps and accessories, personal care products, teethers and pacifiers, feeding items, diapers and swimwear, furniture (as it is special order), bathroom items, and items on sale.
We accept returns within 14 days provided the product has not been used or opened. If the product has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% may apply. We do not accept returns without the original box and packaging. If an item is received damaged, a return label will be sent to you so it can be returned.
If you choose to return an item for any other reason, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued, which may take 3–5 business days to process.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. All accessories, parts, and manuals must be included.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or discounted items, gift cards, open-box items, certain hygiene-related products, and car seats (for safety reasons) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation
In order to process your calculation request on time, and before the item is shipped, we need to receive the cancellation within one working day from the time of order. Gift Cards
Kido Bébé gift cards are the perfect gift for growing families.
Usage
Gift cards can be used in-store and/or online. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or Stolen Cards
Kido Bébé is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Expiration
Gift cards do not expire
