Kido’s Price Match Policy
Kido will be happy to price match and beat any Canadian retailors displayed price. Proof of the price difference need to be provided either to one of our sales representatives in store or online at the advertised location. The item needs to be identical in order to qualify for our Price Match Guarantee. We will only price match with the identical item and the item needs to be in stock both at Kido and at the advertised location.
Conditions for Kido’s Price Match:
- Item needs to be identical (Color, Brand, UPC.)
- The item must be at regular price. Kido will not price match items that are on sale
- Kido reserves the right to verify the advertised information with regards to products detail and stock availability.
- For online price matching, the online advertised price must still be available for viewing and the item must be in stock both on the advertised website and at Kido locations.
- If the item is ON SALE (advertised as on sale and not regular price), the Kido will gladly match the price from competitor
- Our price match only applies to Canadian specialty stores and does NOT apply to any US retailers, Secondary sellers, Winners, Walmart or Amazon
- Kido reserve the right to refuse any price match.
Kido’s Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following
- Bundle offers from competitor’s websites
- Gift cards or prepaid cards
- Coupons or loyalty programs
- Liquidation and clearance products and offers
- Shipping, warrantee, assembly or other services offered.
- Damaged, returned or open products
Kido will apply the price match for products that have been previously purchased at any Kido location within the 7 days of purchase. The refund has to be done at the location of the purchase. The refund can only be applied with the same method of payment as the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required in order to be eligible for the refund.
