We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.

Very disappointed in this pillow. Lumpy and flat despite it being out of the box x 1 week. I unfortunately disposed of the packaging (received it as a gift at my baby shower, I have the bill). Upon further research from other sellers, it seems to be a recurrent issue. It does not come packaged as shown in the image (in a clear bag already formed), rather in a vacuum sealed bag in an elongated box, which I suppose is the cause of the issue.
