For newborns: When the product is used as a baby bouncer, the maximum weight is 20 lbs/9 kg.
Highest position up to 20 lbs/9 kg. Middle position up to 20 lbs/9 kg. Lowest position up to 15.5 lbs/7 kg.
When your baby is able to sit unaided: When the product is used as a children’s chair, the maximum weight is 28.5 lbs/13 kg. Highest position up to 28.5 lbs/13 kg. Middle position up to 22 lbs/10 kg. Lowest position up to 15.5 lbs/7 kg.
Transport dimensions: 4.5 H x 35 L x 15.5 W in/11 x 89 x 39 cm
It is not dangerous to exceed the recommended maximum weight for a position, but this will impair the rocking motion.
Material: Quilted fabric in 100% cotton that embraces your newborn with the very softest feel. The baby bouncer is free from health-hazardous substances and approved in accordance with Oeko-Tex Standard 100, Class I for baby products.

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.

If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
