Use and Care : Before first use, sterilize all bottle components in boiling water for 5 minutes. Inspect nipples regularly and replace them as needed (every 1–2 months for latex, 2–3 months for silicone), or sooner if damaged.

Sterilization before every use is recommended. Never exceed the bottle’s maximum heat resistance of 100°C and never seal or cover the bottle during sterilization. All bottle components, except for the funnel and nipple, are top-rack dishwasher safe.

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.

If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
