New firm foam ( supported by demo content ) : Babies can't support their own bodies like we can , so it's imperative that they sleep on a sturdy , yet gentle mattress . The new foam is fimer than the previous one to offer extra support to your newborn's back .
Improved breathability ( sipported by demo content ) : more air will flow through the mattress both on the winter and summer sides when compared to our previous mattress .

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.

If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
