• Free Shipping is not applicable to returned merchandise.

• Shipping charges are based on our shipping partner's rates and delivery locations. Additional shipping charges not calculated with the initial order may apply. The rate charged will be based according to our shipping partners rules and regulations. Kido will try it’s best to provide the best rate possible in the market.
• Shipping rate for over-sized items, shipping to rural areas, shipping to northern parts of the province, etc are calculated manually and case by case.

Return Policy

Please keep in mind that certain items are final sale and we do not accept returns on for safety and hygienic purposes.

• Mattresses
• Breast pumps and accessories
• Personal Care products
• Teethers and Pacifiers
• Feeding items
• Diapers and swim wear
• Furniture (because it is special order)
• Bathroom items
• Items on sale

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.

If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
