Stage 1 (with built-in harness): from birth until the child can sit upright or can climb out unassisted. Discontinue stage one use when the infant reaches 20 lbs. and can sit upright, push up on hands and knees or climb out unassisted (around 5 months) and is unable to walk.
Stage 2 (without built-in harness): for use as a chair when the child is able to walk. Discontinue stage two use when the child reaches 130 lbs.

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
