The right size for maximum protection : To choose the right size of knee and elbow pads, we recommend measuring your child's joints with a tape measure. To do this, measure the circumference above the elbow and above the knee, as shown in the diagram. The pads are adjustable in size: from 15-21 cm at the elbow and from 20-27 cm at the knee. The pads must have a good grip and must not slip, but should not cut into the skin.
Quick-release fastener - very easy to put on and take off : The knee and elbow pads are adjusted to the right size the first time using the Velcro fastener. Afterwards, children can easily take the pads off and put them on again using the quick-release fastener - perfect for the little ones, because the next adventure is already waiting.
Certified safety - the right area of application : Our knee and elbow pads are certified in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/425 and EN14120:2003 + A1:2007, Level 1, which means that they meet the highest safety standards for protective clothing in Level 1 (protectors for normal roller sports). The Scoot and Ride Protective Set XXS is only suitable for children and for the use of normal roller sports equipment.

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
