Washing Information: The Snuggle Me® Lounger Wave features a removable zip-off outer cover that is machine washable. The inner foam core should not be washed, as doing so may damage the product.
Safety: The Snuggle Me® Lounger Wave is not a sleep product and should never be used for sleep. Snuggle Me® supports the Safe Sleep Guidelines established by the AAP and CPSC. A crib with a tightly fitted sheet, free from bumpers, loose bedding, and toys, is the safest place for a baby to sleep.
Age: For babies aged 0–9 months. Once your baby starts rolling over independently, please use extra care and, as always, ensure they are supervised at all times.
Size: The Snuggle Me® Lounger Wave measures 31.5 x 21.7 x 2 inches and weighs less than 2 pounds, making it easy to move from room to room or take on the go.

Return Policy

Please keep in mind that certain items are final sale and we do not accept returns on for safety and hygienic purposes.

We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.

If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.
