If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.

I love this changing pad. Easily folds up and fits in any diaper bag. I can also easily throw it in the washing machine and hang dry it - it doesn’t get deformed
