We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.

I ordered two of the 4-in-1 Crane humidifier as advertised above but received the 3-in-1 model. I brought this to the attention of Kido Bebe and I requested for a discount since they did not really have the 4-in-1 model. They were nice to accommodate my request and advised them to update their photo as they could be sued for false advertising. To date, the photo has not been updated. The 3-in-1 humidifier is excellently functioning and I would recommend it.
