Hi. I purchased this seat a few weeks ago and took it to be professionally installed yesterday. I have a 2020
Kid Soul. We followed all instructions and were unable to get it safely installed using the seat belt (which we need for weight of child) as it moved more than 2 inches on either side. Itâs disappointing because there are no other alternatives and I want it to be able to be used and most importantly safely. Evenflo customer service is unavailable and this should work correctly in all install situations. I have 2 Clek seats and have had the Nuna and Britax installed with no issues like this. I bought this because it is also a slim version like my Clek ones. I emailed parent link and need it sorted right away. This is why Iâve given one star. It isnât just about the seat or the installation rather itâs both that have to be 100% together for child safety. Aesthetics and all the other are simply the fluff.
