We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.

Itâs a great car seat, cup holders are a big win. Make sure clean the pull strap area of any debris or crumbs so the mechanism doesnât get locked. Pull the harness straps hard when your baby is in the seat to make sure they are locked.
