We accept returns up to 14 days if the product has not been used or open. If the product has been open, then a restocking fee of 20% could be applied. We do not accept return of item without original box and packaging.
If the item is received damage, then a return label will be sent to you so the item can be returned. If you choose to return the item for any other reason, then the shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. Once the item is returned to the warehouse, we will then issue a refund which could take 3-5 business days to process.

Great travel crib. Mattress is thick and looks very comfortable. When on sale priced competitively with the babybjorn travel crib light which was our other option but we liked that this one also had the bassinet. The only down side is that there are no sheets specifically designed for this travel crib and the mattress size is different than the babybjorn, guava lotus, dream on me and other travel crib mattresses.
