- the 1.0 TOG can be used on its own in room temperatures between 21-24°C / 70-75°F with no blankets in the bassinet or crib to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby.
- the 2.5 TOG can be used on its own in room temperatures between 17-23°C / 63-73°F with no blankets in the bassinet or crib to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby.

The Cocoon Swaddle Sack is made from natural fibers GOTS certified organic cotton and bamboo with a touch of elastane. This means it's firm enough to restrict startle reflex whilst still allowing stretch and movement for healthy growth.
